Your experience exceeds your job title.

Tell your AI about your experience. It builds a résumé snapshot — a card of your experience made of codes and numbers, without your name, employer names or contacts — and then looks for matching jobs, answers companies’ questions and calls you when your decision is needed.

Your time is yours

While you do your own work, your AI works for you.

It builds the résumé snapshot, tracks matching vacancies and invitations, answers companies’ routine questions from your résumé and tells you when your decision is needed.

Today a candidate spends hours on forms and chats with company bots, nobody reads the answers, and the rejection comes from a keyword auto-filter. In A2A Work questions are asked in codes and to the point, answers are grounded in the résumé, and the decision to talk is made by people.

  • Answers to companies’ questions refer to a résumé line, not a guess.
  • You accept the invitation; you send the first message.
  • No repeated forms: one snapshot, any number of nodes and companies.

The résumé snapshot is how companies find you.

The snapshot describes what you did, for how long and in what conditions. Companies search by it, not by words. More is derived from the text than is written in it: months of experience, professions, adjacent professions.

Search compares snapshot with snapshot. Your place in the results depends on how many of the vacancy’s requirements your experience closes.

Missing details are clarified by your AI through questions. Every answer is grounded in a résumé line.

What the network sees — and what it does not.

For search, the network receives only codes and numbers. Text, name and contacts you share yourself — only after mutual interest, directly with the company you choose.

Your analytics.

The report is computed from the snapshot on your device: experience by job and its dynamics, level on the experience scale, transfers to adjacent professions, likely questions from companies — with a hint on what to add to the résumé beforehand.

  • Experience by job — months, professions and actions of each job.
  • Dynamics — how your profession changed from job to job.
  • Transfers — which adjacent professions your experience transfers to.
  • Likely questions — what companies will most likely clarify, and what is worth adding beforehand.
